Project Summary

The product is the OBE FYP Management System. This system enables an effective and efficient FYP administration. The FYP team, Supervisors and students will register themselves and will access their respective terminals. The FYP team will set the all important events/presentations/tasks schedule and dates during Final Year Project. The marks of tasks will be entered using android and IOS applications by FYP panel and result will be generated automatically as per rules define by FYP panel. The students will have their access to FYP terminal to register their projects and view their results. Furthermore, the proposed system will be based on OBE (Outcome-Based Education) to set obvious educational goals for students for their FYP's and helps the student to achieve those goals and the reports will be generated of the result. Overall, we will be doing the paper work of FYP management and evaluation on to a System with developing the Android Application and IOS Application for evaluation and the Website for configuration and results.

Project Objectives

• FYP team Will offers projects and students can register from the offered Projects.
• The marks of tasks (presentation and meeting, etc) will be stored in database which will be entered by FYP panel and Supervisors.
• Generating results and showing it to users according to their needs (Grading result and PLO’s report).
• Registration, configuration and Result is on Web.
• Grading/ Evaluation is on Applications.
