Proposed project will be software as a service(SaaS) with POS which will include all the sales, records and inventory management. We’ll make multi-level packages available for monthly subscriptions.  User can choose from three packages such as basic, advance and enterprise. We’ll have specific plans for entry level, standard level and franchise level medical stores. We’ll provide income statement, payroll management and price management and for enterprise management system, as well as we’ll provide services for multiple shops management system.

Project Objectives

The aim of our project is to provide SaaS based Point of Sales specifically to medical stores to bring up to date their workflows and provide them education how the rest of the world is using the technology.

Main objectives are as followed:

• To provide searching facilities on the basis of various factors like stocks and theirs.
• To manage the user details for analyzing sales and expenses.
• To keep track and manage all information.
• To show the description and information of the stocks and others.
• To enhance the efficiency of management in medical store.
• To monitor the information regarding the transaction of the sales.
• To improve the function of edit, add and update the records for the proper resource management.
• It should have efficient and accurate output.
• It should manage sales/Expenses as well as tax calculations for the shop.

Advantages of Medico-Plex:

Multi-Store and Multi-Location Support:

The user can manage stores at multiple locations easily with a medical store in turn system. Data about stock levels, salesand returns from multiple stores can be viewed in single software. Overall reports for the entire chain of stores can be generated, giving the user a complete overview of profit, loss, stock levels, etc.

Information System:                

The medical store management system otherwise referred to as the medical store information system stores data systemizes and controls the use of the medication process with the medical stores.
