The Lost / Found program handles lost objects effectively. It handles missing belongings correctly and the return of such possessions to the original owner.

The request demands that the specific details be collected for future processing upon the identification of a missing possession.

It has outstanding authentication features, ensuring that all things retrieved are returned to the correct party.

The system produces a random security query before the release of the property when someone claims their property, to ensure that it is claimed by the right person. A better search experience is provided by its advanced search feature. Photos and digital signature features allow much more precise retrieval of objects. Lost & Found is therefore a strong technology and an integral part of Smart Mult-purpose software(SMS).

2. Lost and Found provides for the care, restitution, sale and destruction of unclaimed, lost, or abandoned property. The goal of Lost and Found is to ensure all lost items are returned to their rightful owner in a timely and efficient manner

In this platform there is not only those person participate that arrange by the organizer or admin those people also participate those are not the part of organization. They also receive their share according to things.

 2. Establishment of collection point:

There is need of a place where we can store those things that can be received from the team members or from other people who are not the member of this system.

3.  Development of Website:

As the project depends both on human and technology so it requires a website that will work as a medium between a people who lost their things. First step to use the website is to register you and then register their complaint. Once any complaint registered then the system started work on it. System checks that any resembles thing has get from anywhere if yes then update that person about his lost thing. And for security reasons the system generate some questions according to his thing if the system satisfied from his answers then gives him their property.

 The initial phase after the communication, requirements gathering and planning is prototyping. For the prototyping of Adobe XD has been used. Adobe XD is the all-in-one UX/UI solution for designing websites, mobile apps, and more.

1. Web Development:

For the development of Lost and Found website technologies used are PHP, JavaScript (For back end development), HTML, CSS and Bootstrap (For front end Designing).

1. Creating Databases:

 For every project we need some data and for its storage and management different databases are used. For the same purpose we need to create a database that will manage our project related data (For example: Details of person who want to register their complaints such as his name, cnic, phone_number, address etc).
