When individuals take courses online from any e-learning locales and complete
declarations in connection with them, they must advertise their skills and
accomplishments on various platforms (Resume/CV/Job seeking sites, etc.) in order to
attract the attention of companies looking to hire, and the entire process of advertising
and updating academic progress becomes a jumble or nightmare.
While the issue of publicising your e-learning and academic talents exists, it has also
led to numerous businesses requiring executive judgments on candidate competencies.
The background of a scenario like this hasn't altered much over time. E-learning
websites continue to exist without considerable engagement with businesses, resulting
in a lack of validation of e-learning-generated skillsets. E-learning has been this way
throughout digital history, and little has been done to modify it.
Learn n Earn is a project that intends to dismantle this physical system and replace it
with a digital system for these procedures. Organizations demand a faster, faster, more
efficient, and successful method of hiring without having to spend more time or
money during the first stages of the hiring process.
Employer clients of Learn n Earn will be able to post/apply job advertising, receive
notifications when applications are received, and verify their educational,
employment, and certification histories all in one location.
Learn n Earn will also offer candidates an auto curriculum vitae generation service to
assist them improve, alter, and update their CVs in one spot, which will be visible to
potential employers when they apply for a job.

Project Objectives

The objective of this project Learn n Earn is to create a hybrid portal between job hiring websites, skills presenting websites like LinkedIn and e-learning websites like Udemy
to provide a single platform for employees and their hiring procedures, for students and their learning processes and for posting open jobs positions for companies and
organizations. The database will support thousands of users within Pakistan along with another thousands of job application proceedings. With all that, we hope to
provide a completely comfortable and reliable experience to users with intentions to bring up UX more gradually in this project.

Project Implementation Method

The system of this project is based on an MVC Framework based architecture, with SPA for front-end and ORDM for back-end with C#. The database will support thousands of users within Pakistan along with another thousands of job application proceedings. With all that, we hope to provide a completely comfortable and reliable experience to users with intentions to bring up UX more gradually in this project.

Benefits of the Project

1. From a stakeholder’s perspective, Learn n Earn happens to be a new product originated by already existing two products.
