This project named “Kid Palace web website” in an online shopping website. This website will be used by both computers & mobiles. This website provides a flexible shopping environment which contains variety of products of different brands. In this modern and busy world, these kinds of websites have become the need of people.

The purpose of this website is to provide ease to the customers to purchase their favorite products. The customer can visit the website and view the products without account authentication but cannot purchase one. Only authenticate customer can make purchase. Once a customer will place order by his account, admin will receive a notification of receiving a new order with a customer id and all necessary information.

Project Implementation Method

A software process model shows all the stages and activities that we will undergo during the development of our software or app.

We divide different tasks in their respective phases, each task is performed in that phase and the life cycle foes on. There are several different models of SPM that are used according to the requirement and preference of developers.

We used Iterative and Incremental model. This model is the combination of both iterative design or iterative method and incremental build model for development.

This website is available to  for all the customers who have android and IO operation systems. A better experience for a customer comes from a better device which is being used. In order to get the whole e-commerce system and delivery process right, a specialized workforce is required. This process needs to be planed on daily basis. Our project also provides a good security system as the private information will be kept in encrypted form. Privacy and security are one reason why people get skeptical while using Ecommerce.
