IoT Based Smart Helmet for Bike Riders
Our smart helmet provides some features for bikers. This Smart helmet consists of different sensors, for every individual feature. One of the sensor will sense the helmet. (If biker didn't wear helmet the bike will not start). Second, sensor will detect if an accident occurs, sensor will sense the helmet striking on the ground after sensing, an automatic message will be generated to update the biker's guardian about their accident and also sending location via android application using GPS and GSM module.
The aim of this project is to make a protection system in a helmet for a good safety of bike riders.

We detect accident with the help of vibration sensor.
We detect wear status of helmet by using Thermal(To detect human) and IR sensor(To detect Rider wears a helmet or not).
We use google maps and libraries to have a access of google map on our app.
We use GSM and GPS module to send accident alert message to guardian.
A biker can ride a motorcycle only if he is wearing a helmet. For that reason it will reduce the number of accidents. God forbid, even if there is an accident, the Guardian will be notified immediately. Rider can use build in app map navigation without using mobile in one hand. Rider can use navigation with the help of bluetooth speakers which is fitted in helmet
We are making smart helmet to take care of human lives to provide a safe journey while riding a bike. Smart helmet helps to stop riding without a helmet by ensuring that the rider must wear the helmet while riding. Our helmet will be available at low prices as compare to other smart helmet prices.
