Automation works by getting inputs coming from sensors and provide us desired outputs, this develops the system that will automatically control the industrial electrical devices and also monitor it, far away from industry and gives alert to authorized person by using basic concepts of iot, wireless devices, smart phones.

Automation works by getting inputs coming from sensors and provide us desired outputs, this develops the system that will automatically control the industrial electrical devices and also monitor it, far away from industry and gives alert to authorized person by using basic concepts of iot, wireless devices, smart phones.
Project Implementation Methodwe have a plc model delta14ss2 and the inputs from our project going to input module of plc and then plc will generate some outputs and that output would go to aurdino by a serial communication known as modbus communication means the output of plc are used as input to aurdino and aurdino can take that data and transfer it to internet through esp8266 module which is also known as wifi chip and this process is bi directional means if the authorized person want to change inputs he can do it by sending signal to aurdino and then aurdino can access plc and change output if authorized person want.
Benefits of the ProjectThe major benefit is that we can monitor industrial processes far away from industry and data would be access by authorized person and he can control desired output by his own wants. Another benefit is that we are doing communication between aurdino and plc which is very important now a day to send data out from industry.
Technical Details of Final Deliverablewe have a conveyor and on conveyor there is a oven and first the proximity sensor can detect that the object is on convere or not if yes than the conveyor will start and then object move towards oven then there is another proximity sensor which will detect object and according to that the door open and then object enters the oven and there is a heating element inside oven and heating of object starts for sometime and then the object get heated according to required temperature then the conveyor will take the object outside the oven and when it reach at the end of conveyor the sensor will detect and conveyor will stop . We can send data of our project on IOT so authorized person can manage it by his own want like how much temperature he wants to give to oven or how many objects are heated or in case on emergency he can halt the overall process
