IOT Based Autonomous Vehicle For Industrial Purpose
In this project we made a robot that delivers the deliveries within the industry. There is a camera on the robot that detect the red color for the stop point after delivery it can update the data in the database storage and save it for for later view. The system is capable to carry some goods and able to deliver on specified location withing the building.
In this project we made a robot that carries the deliveries for the industry setup. The robot is made up as a prototype of actual robot to demonstrate the concept. The robot is capable to arry some sample parcel within designed environment as as a model of inductry building. The search path the robot is able to avoid obstacle and move across the wall by following it. Initially the parcel drop points are setteled by mobile application and commands are assigned to robot accordingly via internet. The robot delivers the parcels on deifned locations. In case if there is no deliver point is defined the robot can find stop points by itself through computer vision system (i.e via camera) by detecting the red color cirlce located at the delivery point. The robot is connect with the mobile application to get commands and instructions after the delivery and keep update the data and store the data in firebase database. The robot follow the route and go to the delivery point if there is any obstacle it can avoid it and go to the point. If the delivery is complete the data is update in the mobile application that the delivery is complete and the data is store in firebase.
The man picks the order and removes the red circle or allows the robot to go for the next delivery. If the man wants to give an delivery it can give the delivery to the robot that deliver it to the next point or specified station via application. The robot goes for the next delivery. In this way the all deliveries is completed.
