Smart car parking project aims at providing a confusion free and easy parking. Efficient and smart way to automate the management of the parking system that allocates an efficient parking space using internet of things technology. The IoT provides a wireless access to the system and the user can keep a track of the availability of the parking area. With increase in the population of the vehicles in metropolitan cities, road congestion is the major problem that is being faced. The aim of this paper is to resolve this issue. The LCD displays the availability of the space, the sensors keeps the check of the number of cars entering and exiting the parking space. The sensors detect the availability of the parking space. this project is also an Anti-COVID type, as if we use the technology named IOT for generation of parking receipt by avoiding hand contact with any person for receipt. This project fully includes all types of ease for humanity like in saving time in searching parking slots, avoiding hand contacts for any type of info about car parking from parking staff and receipt making, making you remember that where you parked your car , how many number of cars entered and exited the parking area using sensors, fully relief for parking staff as well as for public by giving all information and guidance digitally, so it has been concluded that it has a highly applicable project which can give ease to both, parking management as well as public.

Face mask detection:
this process is done by implementing the deep machine learning through the software named MATLAB on personal computer. A camera will be used to detect the face mask of user
Smart parking:
To implement this we will use the arduino UNO board which will guide the whole circuit that what to do and how to do.
Arduino will be trained through coding on a software known as Arduino IDE on personal computer and we will guide the arduino that what we aquire from it.
We will connect some IR sensors with arduino electrically as well as through coding to detect the presence of car and update the parking available slots on app , and also we will attach the RFID reader with arduino , so that it can verify the car that this is the registered one or not.

We are designing the Application on MET app designing technique to help the user to check the available slots of car parking before he gets to the area

user opens the mobile app to check available slots
if slots available then user will visit the parking area
At entrance, car will be checked that this is the reserved car or not, non reserved cars will not be allowed to enter
then, user's face will be detected by using camera that whether he is wearing mask or not
if he is wearing mask then signal will be sent to serve motor and the gate will open and user will be allowed to enter the parking zone
user will get to his/her parking slot and will park his/her car over there
there will be IR sensor on the parking slot, and will detect car presence in the slot
IR will update the parking area information on app
