Industries needs manpower to perform small tasks and it takes time to perform small tasks with less accuracy. Also our mostly industries are still have no protection system to protect machines.
Large-scale industries resort to automation to monitor and control the processes in order to maintain optimum production and quality. Towards this end, it is essential to make automation efficient and economical. Automation helps to reduce manpower as the operational control is automatic and centralized .SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) Systems are deployed to monitor and control the processes of many sectors of industries. IoT (Internet of Thing) is one of the most disruptive innovations of recent times. IoT supported by tools, techniques and infrastructure has been capable of resolving macro level issues in an automated industry. This projects helps to overcome all these problems. We are desiging an automation system which will overcome all problems. In project an operator is viewing all the factory on web page/mobile app through IoT(Internet of thing) and SCADA system.
If we talk about our current industrial conditions which very poor as compares to international level. We are still using the manual operated machines which cases low perfection and less production also. And some time it causes injuries Operator unable to analysis the operation of machine and causes of fault of machine which further lead a loss to industry and production.
So we have a solution to overcome this we are using microcontroller and IoT technology in our project. In this project actually we are building the wireless communication between multiple microcontrollers. In this we are also making webpage / mobile app to read the microcontrollers data and command to microcontrollers. Which will help operator to see the real time data, fault of machines and also operate the machines.
Firstly we will make its blueprint that which applications we have to build, then we will search the controllers that can be able to complete the given tasks after that we will make it software simulation to verify project and after that we will implement it.
The biggest benefit of this is that we can get rid of parts of the wires and if we extend our instruments, sensors etc. so, we do need more wires like before. This approach facilitates efficient monitoring and control of processes and data archiving to support decision-making. This project is made to integration of SCADA and IoT is relevant in an industrial environment to offer better products and services. This project is step to make smart, safe and productive system for operating industrial system.
Hardware with software simulation and also compatible to upgrade it.
