Human Gesture Based Controller Assistance
In this project, we develop an interactive human gesture based assistance system that allows user to communicate with their system by using their hand gestures. Moreover, by using Kinect as an input device, user can give hand gestures on an interface to control the switching between images, videos, PDF document and PowerPoint presentations etc. Furthermore, this iterative interface can control the computer through multiple hand gestures. Further, it can also be utilize in the Universities for delivering lectures, seminars or workshops and even in business field to present the ideas in front of their customers. So, this gestures based assistance mechanism can be very effective especially for the persons which are paralyzed or unable to move due to any medical constraint.
The following objectives of this novel mechanism are as follows:
Human Gesture Based Controller Assistance will be an interactive system where user will capable to control the computer interface with their hand gestures. Moreover, specific and unique human hand gestures are fixed to control the computer interface particularly. Finally, this astonishing gesture based control mechanism will help users to get assistance according to their requirements.
The overwhelming benefits of this unique project are as follows.
1. To utilize in academic routine practices for delivering presentations and conducting seminars and lectures with ease.
2. To introduce in business industry for presenting their ideas and reports more effectively.
3. It can also use in artistic for 3D objects gallery viewing.
4. To develop attractive human gestures control based games for kid’s amusement.



This mechanism takes human hand gestures as an input parameter to the Kinect (human gesture recognizable) controller as shown in above figure. Moreover, Kinect device classify or identify a particular gesture and provide an interface with the computer to control its basic operations using unique gestures. Finally, the above human gesture recognizable mechanism will be program in python due to its effectiveness and versatility.
