When customer (seller) want to sell property then a lot of difficulties like record that is stored in register can destroy by some factors and many more problems can become in manual work system. Same when someone (buyer) want to buy property then also buyer face a lot of difficulties like commitment problems. As whole there are a lot of problems in the property buyers and sellers. So we are going to create a software that can solve these mention problem by this project. We know that there are a lot of property dealer but some of them can manage record correctly most of them cannot manage record due to manual system.
The main purpose (goal) of this Real Estate management system is to resolve the problems of both (buyer & seller). The seller can submit the property what he/she wants to sale with a full house or flat detail such as location, area, hall, kitchen, and price can list in the form, Buyer can search the property according to their budget, location then can direct contact to the seller. In simple words Real Estate Management System is a project which provides the facility where users can easily buy, sell and rent their properties such as land, houses and shops.
Front end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, bootstrap
HTML: HTML is used to create and save web document. E.g. Notepad/Notepad++, Dreamweaver
CSS: (Cascading Style Sheets) Use to create attractive Layout
JavaScript: It is a programming language, commonly use with web browsers.
Bootstrap: Bootstrap is the most popular CSS Framework for developing responsive and mobile-first websites.
Design: The Design Phase of the project will start from November, and we will continue work. We will design a user interface that is easy to use. We will use html, css, java Script and bootstrap for Design.
Back end: PHP, MySQL
PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) is a technology that allows software developers to create dynamically generated web pages, in HTML, XML, or other document types, as per client request. PHP is open source software.
MySQL: MySQL is a database, widely used for accessing querying, updating, and managing data in databases.

We will use My SQL to build our project database.
Based on our design, we will use PHP to develop the user interface.
After successful completion of this project, we will get a web base application which will be user friendly that user can easily submit their property detail for selling. The user can easily sell property. We will practice the web app first on our self and then on property of different areas. We will host the app on any host for using.

The observation here refers to the method which involves careful looking at the staff and institution of the students when carrying out activities in their works, since the project focused on web application with database, it is important therefore to use good database design and web programming tools.
The database management system of choice is MYSQL while the web programming was done with HTML (hypertext markup language), Javascript, CSS (cascading Style Sheet) and PHP (hypertext preprocessor).
