? In this monitoring system patient with the real Blood pressure, Electrocardiogram, Pulse monitoring equipment in which you can program different cases in order to help medical students identify the condition from different diseases.
? In this project, microcontroller is used as a gateway for communication. This system puts forward a wise patient health monitoring system that uses sensors to trace patient health.
? The controller is additionally connected with a buzzer to alert the caretaker regarding variation in detector output. The sensors are connected to a microcontroller to trace the status of the patient which in turn is interfaced with LCD display furthermore as wireless local area network association so as to transmit alerts.
? If the system detects any changes in patient pulse rate or SPO2, the system automatically sends an alert to the doctor regarding the patient status over IoT and additionally shows the details of heartbeat, and temperature of patient.
? IoT healthcare is the most emerging field in the medical area. This project is mainly for elderly person who is alone at home. It is also helpful for senior citizens living alone or with 1 or 2 members.
? This is really helpful when relatives or members of the family have to go out for some unavoidable reasons. Multi challenged person can use this project. Disabled patients who find difficulty to go to doctors on regular basis or for patients who need continuous monitoring from the doctor.

Implementation of project is is base on hardware integration with software. We will measure our body temperature with the help of MLX90614, SPO2 and pulse rate with the help of MAX30102 and ECG sensor ad8232 will calculate the electrical activity of heart. All sensors will be connected with microcontroller for data processing and reading of all sensor will be shown on LCD, further our hardware will be integrate with desktop application and doctor will monitor patient health on web application. And database will be design for the medical history of patient. ECG will connected with laptop and will detect the disease on every beat using machine learning.
Through connected devices, it becomes easy for doctors and physicians to monitor patient’s health. Also, real time monitoring can save lives in a medical emergency by means of medical device. IOT devices collect and transfer health data like ECG, Pulse rate and body temperature. In life-threatening circumstances, on-time alerts become quite critical. In situations, medical IOT devices and applications can gather vital data or transfer it to doctors and health personal for real time tracking. Also applications and IOT devices can also send notifications regarding a patients critical conditions irrespective of place, time.
We are using python for desktop application, and react.js will be used for web application, we’ll train data with the help of machine learning for the prediction on beats of ECG
SENSORS:
MLX90614: The MLX90614 is an infrared thermometer for non-contact temperature measurements. The sensor uses IR rays to measure the temperature of the body without any physical contact. Distance between body and sensor should be 2 to 5cm.
MAX30102: This sensor will detect the SPO2 and pulse rate. It includes internal LEDs, photodetectors, optical elements, and low-noise electronics with ambient light rejection
ECG ad8232: This sensor will measure the electrical activity of heart. This electrical activity can be charted as an ECG or Electrocardiogram and output as an analog reading. ECGs can be extremely noisy, the AD8232 Single Lead Heart Rate Monitor acts as an op-amp to help obtain a clear signal from the PR and QT Intervals easily.
