First of all, we are providing rent with a cycle service throughout the city, which will resolve the climate problems in specific and will also provide an affordable travelling facility, moreover, we are resolving the following problems:

1.      Expensive transport services, like uber, careem etc.

2.      Heavy flux of vehicles leading to wastage of time.

3.      Higher density of people while using cheaper transport services is causing numerous problems i.e. robberies, pickpocketing, and shortage of seats.

4.      People are unaware of the timing of local transport.

5.      Heavy and uncontrolled vehicles are creating serious problems regarding the environment like pollution, climate problems etc.

6. According to the 2016 World Health Organization (WHO) statistics, 20.8% of the population is overweight.    

7.  Overcharging and in-adequate.

8.  Passengers waste time in search of local Transport or private transport like cream, uber.

9. Shortage of parking.

10. On average it costs $6,000-$8,000 per year to own and operate a motor vehicle.

Our ultimate goal is to capture local cities' transportation to increase both revenue and reliability of travelling. Catch more traffic from the local cities to visit and use our platform. By providing all related information to customers to attract them to use our services to entertain from cheaper but safer and reliable ways to travel, moreover, we will make favourable options for users to explore. Customer loyalty with our system & providing the best customer service. To drive profitable growth by expanding customer reach using customized packages, reducing cost-to-serve, and creating differentiated customer experiences. 70% of consumers believe bicycle-sharing culture can bring them benefits. Our objective is to enhance the local transportation culture by enhancing the user experience of our system. The first goal is to reach new customers, especially those that may have been difficult to access, too costly to serve, or not valuable enough to pursue within a firm’s existing business model. Creating a differentiated customer experience to reduce the traffic hassles within cities.

Our solution will be developed for web and mobile platforms, it will include:

1. Admin will monitor overall operations using a dashboard which will be web-based.
2. Customers will use the mobile application to use features of our service.
3. Chatbox for customer support
4. Map integration to find the nearest bike.
5. Payment module for transactions
