Computing technological oriented system are playing vital role in the improving human life standard. People don't know about the park in advance so they can't enjoy their favorite things. When they go to the park, they have to deal with issues like park times, ticketing and crowds. To facilities both public park management and visitors, there should be a technological based smart system that can overcome highlighted issue such as in timely booking tickets and choosing better parks.  The system will consist of a Web based app that will that will facilitate park visitors as well as marketing parks. Web based system is controlled and manage by Super admins and Web app that’s facilitates visitors and park admins.  Park Admins will post all the information of Parks, ticket pricing, location, timing, etc. By using Web app visitor’s check park schedule, location and buy online tickets and then payment. After the conformation of payment, visitor`s detail send to Cloud and park admins that contain the details and other information of visitors.

Agile Methodology

The Agile model is a project management methodology purposely adopted for the development of sophisticated software. The framework allows for iterations, which helps a lot in minimizing mistakes and errors that commonly occur.  The model divides the project into a series of development cycles or short time boxes, which are assigned to each professional on the project team. It is a collaborative approach the allows a response to rapid change.  It is flexible enough to accommodate changes in project requirements throughout the mobile app development lifecycle.   

Benefits of the Project

This app can be developed in future for a wide area like a state or a country so that it can help people on large scale. This app can be sold to the government so that the database for number of parking owners and the server capacity can be utilized. This app server data can be used by government for exploring tourism and entertainment.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

To solve these problems, we have to develop a Web application. Park admins will register their account through admin registration panel and then login in app. Park admins will provide information about their parks such as ticket pricing, timing, and other features of park. They will select the given payment methods.

Users can register their account through user registration portal and login to the app. They can search and find their nearly located parks, their ticket pricing, timings schedule and other information of parks.

Visitors can book their online tickets for their desire parks. They will select the “book ticket” and they will enter into the payment portal. They will select the number of seats, timing and total payment will generate automatically. They will select payment methods and then confirm their booking. After the completion of payment, a ticket will generate with QR code.

All the information will store in server. At entry points visitors scan their QR code and they will allow to enter after the confirmation of their tickets.

From the payment 10% of payment will be given to super admins for each ticket.
