We have a goal of making smart houses for tobacco curing which is fuel-efficient. In the tobacco industry for drying cut tobacco, exposing them to the hot air and the hot walls of the dryer, thus achieving a better drying efficiency. For heating walls and air, woods are mainly used nowadays. The target is to reduce the usage of woods for that purpose and make the best tobacco. Mean by using fewer woods or gas we cured more tobacco as compared to the present time.
Nowadays more woods or gas are used for that purpose which causes us deforestation in a wide range which is not so good for the human environment. So, as we know that tobacco is used after drying or curing, after that tobacco is useable. So, the fuel-efficient curing process’s main cause is to reduce the fuel consumption, decreasing the cutting quantity of trees for that purpose and making the best-cured tobacco with the usage of less fuel it would be woods or gas but less than normal usage.we have a goal of making smart houses for tobacco curing which is fuel-efficient. - First, we have to research on the tobacco barn.
- Then, we have to make an engineering 3D model of a tobacco barn.
- After that, we implement this model practically to build a barn.
- After that install a heat flow system in the barn.
- Working on different fuel and their consumptions and heating capability.
- Make a connection between the heat flow system and the controlling system.
- Using PLC for controlling.
- Making of an HMI for controlling.
First and the for most thing is making an intelligent Barn which can be innovative and fuel efficient.
Targetting the Farmers to cure more tobacco and healthy one. their product may increase their profit ratio.
Increase in quality means increase in their income.
Eco friendly which can be operated easily and no human interferance needed.
Technical Details of Final DeliverableAs we are in growing position in the project, slowly and gradually implementation are done.
We have to design a PCB Circuit. Interferance of AI is involved.
