No. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 Project Implementation Method Our proposed system will investigate the possibilities of customizing mass housing by web and prefabrication technology via field investigation and a structured questionnaire. The questionnaire is focused on the perception of sustainability, affordability, durability, barriers, opportunities, and quality. We will collect and interpret the client’s needs to make design options to address the issues of individual needs of the end-users. In our proposed model we are majorly focusing on constructing an intelligent database to host standardized components from the existing market and fabrication methods by today’s technology. Then we will integrate it into an optimized overall solution that addresses issues of design quality, affordability, and energy efficiency. We are focusing to make improvements that address technical and construction issues (for instance by optimizing energy efficiency and speed of construction) as well as configuration (through layout and customization options for the houses) This is advantageous because it shifts portions of the construction process from the site to the factory where worker productivity is increased, quality is higher, costs are lower, and the overall need for labor is reduced. In this proposed model, a process of providing mass-customized prefabricated housing based on computer-aided design and a web-based product configuration system will be presented. Benefits of the Project The construction sector has been registered with a growth rate of 7.05 percent. Housing and construction are major drivers of growth in more than 70-100 other small industries are part of the construction industry. Reduced prices of crude oil, coal, electricity tariffs,s and transportation fares as well as the reduced interest rate regime are all positive for the construction industry. The statistics mentioned above provide enough evidence and ensure a steep and continuous growth vis-à-vis investment opportunity in the prefabricated homes business. We have the potential to help the building industry meet its sustainability goals and deliver more significant environmental and social sustainability benefits than conventional construction can. Our sustainability benefits of portable house construction include:

Energy Efficient Prefab Eco Smart House for Alternative Housing Solutions
Project Area of Specialization Information & Communication TechnologyProject Summary Satisfying customers' desires with a maintained efficiency of the production process is a challenge for many houses construction companies. We are bringing the concept of Prefabricated (Modular, Relocatable, Transportable) houses that have successfully entered the commercial market. As they are flexible, energy-efficient, eco-friendly, and faster completion, as well, are key factors propelling and influencing the growth of the target market for global green modular and prefabricated houses. Prefabricated house shows a better infestation value than conventional houses. With prefabrication technology, building construction could be done faster and cost a lower price, along with a good craftsmanship quality. Prefabricated component solutions could solve these issues through modularization, mass customization, and delayed product differentiation. Yet the development of prefabricated houses has not been aired well in the market yet, both by the producers and the consumers in Southern Punjab. With a more proper infestation approach such as mass constructions with effective numbers, good flexibility, and various appearances, a prefabricated house could have a chance to be accepted in the real estate commercial market in Southern Punjab specifically in Rahim Yar Khan. This startup has entered the prefabrication construction industry and is acquiring huge interest from venture capital firms and angel investors. Project Objectives This affordable housing construction aimed to help lower to middle-income households to buy their own homes. It is offered to eligible first-time purchasers the chance to buy newly prefab homes and apartments at prices significantly less than their market value. The main objective is to create its impact on preference among 25% Pakistani population who live in rented homes and do not own their homes including the poor and homeless. Each module will be made in the factory (on-site) using assembly line techniques, and then transported to the building site to be installed on a permanent foundation within 7 day. Each questionnaire is developed based on this particular objective that majorly focuses on sustainability, affordability, durability, barriers, opportunities, and quality.| No. | Objectives | Priority |
| 1 | Cost-effective and energy-efficient | Highest |
| 2 | Affordability for lower-middle to upper-middle-income class | Highest |
| 3 | The durability of 40 years and above | High |
| 4 | Eco-friendly and environmental sustainability | Highest |
| 5 | Construction waste disposal | Lowest |
| 6 | Quality assurance | High |
| 7 | Reduce construction time | Highest |
- reduced material waste
- reduced disruption to the building site and surrounding community
- safer working conditions
- reduce operational energy
