Employee Management System with QR Code attendance is designed to make it easier for the company to manage administrative tasks. The project consists of a website that can manages, creates and deletes data and keep the details of employees working in a company, as well as to develop and replace manual data control practice. It also allows employees to be able to view information such as hours worked, total amount of wages paid, in real time. The employee can check its attendance and personal information by mobile app.

 The system has two components;

1. Admin
2. Employee portal.

Admin portal has access to all information as well as create and alter information. Employee portal is read only however employee can request admins to update information.

               The objective of “Employee Management System” is designing a scheduling system for a work center. Employee Management System is a distributed application, developed to maintain the details of employees working in any organization. It maintains the information about the personal details of their employees.

Some of the goals of the system are listed below:

• Manage large number of employee details.
• Manage Employee Attendance by QR Code.
• Activities like updating, modification, deletion of records should be easier.
• View all the details of the employee.
• Using a QR Code attendance system eliminates time theft and increases security and accuracy.

This project simplifies the task of maintain records because of its user friendly nature.
