The aim of this project is to develop a prototype of driver drowsiness detection system
The driver drowsiness detection algorithm will be implemented
The algorithm performance will be validated in varying environments
A complete hardware based prototype will be prepared for demonstration
The system will be implemented in daily moving vehicles on roads that will overcome on road accidents due to drowsiness, hence it will be useful for saving the human lives as well as to reduce the financial losses.
Benefit of our project is to overcome on the road accidents and lives and fianancial loses due to drowsiness/fatigue of any driver.
The final prototype will be a rasberi pi controller based driver assist system that will employ high resolution camera, hand grip sensor.
