Customer will be shown a menu through a web app eliminating the need to call for food order.
With most of the features going digital, managing a hotel and its services will be easier for the hotel to manage and it will be easier for the customer to do anything without any hassle.
It will be less time consuming for the customer as things will be precise. Also, it will reduce the staff’s effort as most of our services will be online using site.

Project Implementation Method

The project is implemented in 3 phases. in 1st phase we had to make all the documentation about our project. Its user requirements, business requirements and challenges. In the 2nd phase, the project transitions from documentation to implementation. 2nd phase consists of only the front end of the project. The 3rd and final phase concludes our project with the backend development.

Errors and bug fixes will happen along the way of development.

Benefits of the Project

This project offers new opportunities to improve hotel management processes to do something previously impossible. Changes in the way individuals are organized into employees & guests may then be necessary, & they complete for economic resources with established units.

With everything going digital with our system, it will replace the traditional system of Hotels in our country with a digital system, accommodating the hotels with the services a five-star hotel provides. It will eliminate the need for recipients, which will ultimately benefit the Hotels.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

The final deliverable will consist of a frontend built on HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. The backend is built in Php and MySQL. Our system has a restaurant too. There will be two admins controlling our system. One is the main manager of the hotel under which a restaurant admin will operate their tasks. The main Hotel manager has every right to hire or fire the restaurant manager and can also access their work history.
