Despite growing economy and rising demand of electricity, no serious efforts have been made to install new capacity of generation. So, developing off-grid micro generation system are imperative to meet the load requirement. Poultry sector is the widespread chicken supplier. Shifting their power requirement to hybrid standalone system by using both solar and wasted air of exhaust fan resources will lead to lessor their expenditures as well as a relief for the utility. The use of the proposed system in Pakistani context is extremely beneficial to store energy for later use and to reduce electricity bills.One of the most important problems in developing countries like Pakistan are facing today is in power sector. Project Objectives

1. Generating the energy that produces no greenhouse gas emissions from fossil fuels and reduces some types of air pollution.
2. Diversifying energy supply and reducing dependence on utility or grid.
3. Optimization analysis to find the configuration that gives least cost of energy for minimum capital investment and net present value.

Project Implementation Method

This  project was in two steps ;

The basic components of the hybrid system are the wind plant and the PV system. Others are additional/auxiliary components which help for full time functioning of the hybrid system. The power conditioners are set of power electronics converters which enable to handle the variability of wind and solar resources. They are composed of DC/DC, AC/DC, DC/AC converters.

Benefits of the Project

social impacts:

Social aspects are the basic consideration for development of any country. The following social benefits can be achieved by using hybrid energy system: Local employment, Better health and job opportunities. The study concluded that the total emission reduction of corban footprint is exponentially increasing in different years after installation of renewable projects in remote areas.

Environmental impacts:

The two main aspects of environment are air and water pollution. Along with water pollution, natural resources can be maintained and greenhouse effect and air pollution can be mitigated by the proper usage of renewable energy sources

The complete prototype was develop and installed in poultry farm for energy generation and the payout cost was also calculated and the research work was also completed .
