We have to develop such a system that detect skin diseases, Skin is one of the largest and fastest growing tissue in the human body. Skin infections are occurring in people among all the ages. Skin diseases are more common than other diseases. Skin diseases may be caused by fungal infection, bacteria, allergy, or viruses, etc. A skin disease may change texture or color of the skin. In general, skin diseases are chronic, infectious and sometimes may develop into skin cancer. Therefore, skin diseases must be diagnosed early to reduce their development and spread. So, for this purpose we would be developed a skin diseases detection application named “Dermo Smart”. In this application the user capture any diseased part of the skin, and the system tells that what a disease are on skin

Software development process is a series of steps and activities for the development of software product. There are several approaches and models for the development of software product. We will use iterative methodology for the development of this system. At regular interval we shall attempt to become more effective and shall try to adopt according to circumstances.
Now a days, doctor find skin disease physically by seeing the disease part of the skin, but it is very hard for a doctor to detect every disease of the skin because it is very difficult to memorize the description of all skin disease. So we will develop such a system that help the doctors to detect skin disease easily by using mobile application which is based on digital image processing and machine learning i.e. The system captured the image of the disease part and then compare it with his knowledge base and show the result (Disease name).
To provide user with a user friendly, faster and simple application to find different Skin diseases through mobile application which is installed in phone. In this system user can scan any diseased part of a skin, and the system classify and detect different skin diseases through Digital Image Processing and Machine Learning.
