The project mainly focuses on the design for a test bench which will be used for testing electrohydraulic systems and then developing a 3D model for the bench which would be scaled down versionn. The project will proceed mainly through three phases; a detailed market survey and research , designing and building the model.
Literature Review on the Functioning, Applications and the advantages of using test benches for electrohydraulic systems
Market survey for the research and looking for the best possible option available for procurement of material for the bench
Development of a detailed test bench model on a design software for maximum productivity and feasibility
Fabrication of a 3D model for test bench
The project will be implemented in three different phases;
MARKET SURVEY:
This phase will start from literature review, then a thorough research will help us select the best possible options available for the procuremennt of material for us in the market but not at the cost of feasibility.
DESIGN:
This phase wil include designing of the model for the bench which will include all the components available and focusing on maximum productivity and feasibility.
3D PRINTING:
This phase will include the 3d printing of our designed model which will include alll the components and would be scaled down version of original model explaining all the functioning and working.
Keeping in mind the electrohydraulic systems and their extensive use in industries ranging from small scale to large scale, be it aeronautical orr construction, be it robotic arms, pumps or excavators, one cannot overlook the vast application of hydraulic systems and this much use will eventually lead to making sure the timely checking of the components and functioning on test bench so as to avoid any big loss .
Our product will include all the minute details necessary which would definitely help in building the model due to the extensive research and market survey for the components and design of the bench.
Necessary automation and user-friendly interface would help the user understand the functioning easliy and would help in use of the test bench if frther went in production.
The model could be used in laboratories in universities and for training the operators in industries as well which could save any physical or financial damage caused due to mishandling.
Our deliverables would include a detailed report made an extensive research and market survey about the issues arising related to the electrohydraulics and best options available for the development of the test bench. A comprehensive and delf explanatory 3D model for the bench.
