Sometimes we add other materials like the binder or something to make the briquette as most of the coal fine is hard to form together only by briquette machine. When we mine the coal, transport it, dry it, there comes a lot of coal dust. As matter of fact, about 20% of the coal we can get is in small particles. So, coal briquette is a good way to deal with these fine or dust as briquette has more burning value and utilization rate. Coal briquette has a lot of uses besides burning as fuel in home or power stations, etc. In fact, a lot of the coal briquette is also used in factories in order to get coal gas.
Also the coal preparation from this machine will certainly have a long life as compared to the other forms of coal. A very effective and less polluted form of coal will be produced which will ultimately result in good environment control. It is a very efficient way to produce a very large amount of coal at very low cost and in a very short period of time.

Planning is the key process in the engineering methodology. Right planning before implementation will allow us to foresee any complication that may arise during the production phase.
Benefits of the ProjectBriquette machines provide us with many benefits, the most important of which is environment friendly. It produces coal which is smoke free which ultimately results in less global warming.
Secondly, it is a very fast and fluent way to produce coals at a very high rate. The naturally found coal has to be mine from caves and in shipping it takes a lot of effort, time and cost which is not really encouraging.
It can also be specified any shape of coal briquettes from different configurations of output slots.
Technical Details of Final Deliverable-
A Briquette machine which will be manufactured with high resistance and durability, which will produce coal bars from charcoal paste.
