Design and Development of an Autonoumous Overhead Transportation and Placement System for Products in Super Market
This project is sophistically designed by interfacing the keypad with microcontroller and further sending data to the system to perform the specific task. our project is designed in such a way that firstly it would scanned the barcode of product if the quantity of that product is less then specified threshold level the signal will be transfer to overhead carrier. overhead carrier will display the name of product on the LCD and buzzer will also switch ON for specified time duration.The worker will place the required product on overhead carrier the carrier will lift its level and start moving to the specific rack. when range of product is less then specified value alarm is generated and signal will be transfer to the barcode scanner. scissor jack Mechanism will be used for vertical movement and by using coveyor belt placing of the product will be done on specific rack.Automatically. we are designing a system to automate the transportation system and handling of products with in a super market. as would decrease the number of employees that would be benefit the owner economically and side by side.it will create more precise,accurate and smooth system of transportation.
To design an autonomous overhead system to carry and to place the products on assigned location.
To develop a autonomous system to solve problems of shortage and incorrect placement of product in super markets by properly in cooperating database ,Scanner and mobile carrier.
