Project Summary

Our project is scheduler which can make schedule for our University. The scheduler is able to prepare the course schedule in which it takes students information(which student take which course or courses), Teacher information(which teacher teach which course or courses), courses offered, rooms or labs available and the shifting time and makes a easy and flexible schedule. The schedule is able to remove the maximum number of clashes related to courses, room , students e.t.c. This project can save lots of time of our management because the manual schedule required so much time but the scheduler can able to make the schedule in few minutes. You just have to provide the necessary Information and the schedule is ready for you.

Project Objectives

Our objective is to make the application which is able to make the course schedule for the University. As the schedule making is very time taken and complex process usually if schedule have clashes then it takes so much time to remove those clashes. Our Application can make flexible schedule and is able to remove maximum number of clashes.

Project Implementation Method

Our project is Desktop based application, so for the implementation of project we use Visual Studio for the making of windows form application. The GUI and management of all data will be done using these form and for the final phase i.e final course schedule we have use a python by using pycharm/jupitor notebook so that the main object i.e the making of schedule will be done on python language in which we use complex algorithms which finally generates a flexible schedule.

Benefits of the Project

The main benefit of the project is that it will save your precious time and make the courses schedule with a minute/few minutes(depends upon your hardware speed) and also it will maximize the number of clashes
