A housing society management syatem is a web based application that effectively manages and handles all the functioning of a cooperative housing society. The software system can store the data of all the flat owners. The system also maintains and calculates the society maintenance as well as parking, cultural funds, emergency funds and other charges and adds them automatically in individual flat bill. The system needs an administrator to input various flat owner data and billing amounts into it. The rest of the work is done by the system on its own. The system consists of automatic bill generation facility. It calculates various associated costs, adds them up and provides a bill accordingly. Also control town charges. Most imporatant part is that member registration is done using biometric device to improve security.

Project Objectives

The Society Management System allows members to login with their own account and get updated with society happenings. Society Management System is the website portal to reduce conflicts among society members.

The web based application provides a unique interface to every user to interact with the system.

Project Implementation Method

As application is web based and it uses MVC (Model-View-Controller) architecture.  In MVC view is a user interface part through which user can interact with the system and is a output representation of information. Model captures the behavior of the application in terms of its problem domain, independent of the user interface. It includes all that which will be displayed on the interface. Controller accepts the input and converts it to the commands for model or view. It includes the business logic for the application.

will notify people for events and activities in the society personally so that people can actively participate in those activities and thus increases interaction with neighbors.
