Construction management is very helpful for managing all the activities which we do during construction such as material calculation, material cost, material quantity, and contractor cost, etc.
Our project is basically a web-based application to solve the mentioned issue of the construction industry. Our main goal is to develop a website (portal) that would help in construction management. Here construction management means to make calculations about the above-mentioned items cost and its validation based on mathematical algorithms that are required for construction. In the future, the APIs from this web portal can be extended to a mobile application i.e. (Android, iOS, or cross-platform application development)
During the development to achieve the goal, following methodology will be adopted.

Construction manager, contractor, and supported staff
Profile verification for mentioned login person
Quantity Survey Calculator
A calculator to calculate the quantity required by the contractor and stuff for construction work
Staff Calculator
A calculator to calculate the workforce needed for the project
Amount Calculator
A calculator to calculate the amount needed for the construction work
After completion of the project we are able to solve all the major problems which we face during construction i.e. material quantity, material cost, contractor cost, and material calculation. So with the help of this application, we can easily calculate all the major needs during construction. It will save a lot of time and money which is needed to manage construction.
Literature review
For the first 02 weeks, we will study the literature around the relevant project i.e construction management.
Stack finalization
During the next 02 weeks, we will finalize the stack i.e full-stack or MEAN stack or MERN stack for the development of the project.
UI Screens Design
We will design mock screens during this phase.
Front-end development
The main development against the UI screens will start during this phase.
Database (tables and connections)
At the midpoint of our project, we will be able to develop the database tables based on the UI flow of the project.
Database Development
At the second phase of the database we will be starting database development in MySQL or MySQLi etc.
Back-end Development
Here we will be fusing the DBMS with the backend using PHP or framework.
Back-end connections and testing
The final phase of the development in the project will be connection and testing.
Results Formulation
We will test results based on different scenarios to obtain the results.
Thesis and Submission
To close the project on an official document we will submit the thesis.
