In textile industries cloth is coated with caustic solution to improve its quality and to give it a shiny look. In industries this process is handled manually, the density of this caustic solution is 28 Baume at starting the density of this caustic solution   reduces by the passage of time in every batch, which effects quality of cloth due to which industries must remake the solution to get the density which they want. The remaking of solution effects the coast and labor.

We will make the system automatic that can control the caustic concentration, whenever the concentration decreases our system will automatically add water and amount of caustic needed which will maintain the density of solution up to 28 Baume.

Project Objectives Project Implementation Method

After detailed study on our project we are selected ‘Waterfall model’. We are choosing it due to nature of project; we have clear requirement and don’t need frequent changes in our software products. This methodology is one the oldest and traditional model for the development of the software and it comes with the several phases that are sequential that flows steadily downwards like a waterfall flowing through the phases, and it is easy to manage and understandable.

Benefits of the Project

The main purpose to develop a system that must remove human efforts and and it will reduce the cost and improves the quality of the product. It will remove the human error, which is created during the making of product, they increase or decrease the concentration of the caustic, which is an obvious thing for humans.

If the system controls the concentration of caustic, then it will be constant and will be added accordingly, ultimately will achieve the goal that is to gain the perfect product or near to perfect product.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

The system will be compatible with all kinds of instruments and can easily be deployed on the system.
