The purpose of this document is to present a detailed description of the Business Card Identification. It will explain the purpose and features of the system, the interfaces of the system, what the system will do and the constraints under which it must operate.

The main purpose of this system is to provide users with the ease of managing business cards and it would be easy to them like with just one click, all the information will be stored back in the database and upon searching it will be displayed to the user.

Project Objectives

we will identify and extract the textual information from an image of the business card and will save it in the database.Moreover, we can save the information via QR code scanner.A virtual card will be saved in the application which can then be shared by the user thus eliminating the need of keeping the physical cards Moreover , the information will be displayed to the user upon searching through organization's name or owner's name.

Management of the business cards would be easy through this application.

Project Implementation Method

• Dart will be used for flutter
• Python will be used for NLP tasks.
• Firebase will be used as database for storing and retrieving data.

Benefits of the Project

Benifit of the project is to provide users with the ease of managing business cards as it will eliminate the need of keeping the physical card with yourself all the time and it would be easy to them like with just one click, all the information will be stored back in the database and upon searching it will be displayed to the user.This system is being used for making the management of the business cards easier by digitizing the cards and storing their information back in the database.
