In this project, we are covering major five parameters of a smart building management system which are, Smart Switch Board, Energy Meter, Water Management System, Parking Management, & Smart Door Lock System.
This project is design to control appliances by using IoT and Improve building efficiency. To make appliances controllable through mobiles, touch pads etc. For making security system strong. Be aware about electricity usage. Provide safe, productive and comfortable environment.
First we will design circuits of energy meter, parking system, switch board, door lock, water management and assemble hardware and complete software work. In first evaluation we will design energy meter, parking system, switch board in the form of product. In second evaluation we will design door lock, water management system in the form of product.
Benefits of this project It can be use for security purpose Parking system in buildings, malls etc. Electricity usage control. Water management in buildings homes etc.
Another benefit of this project is that all the parameters we are designing are in the form of product so the buyer can only purchase the parameter that he want/need.
At the completion of building management system all five parameters of our project are working properly. Like Smart switch board can controlled by the help of IoT. Smart energy meter can provide all statistics about electricity usage. In parking management system the user is able see parking data.
Water management system can operate motor itself when water level of roof tank decrease. Smart door lock makes our security system strong.
