Project Area of Specialization RoboticsProject SummaryAutomatic robotic paint tester is a device, having main components as Robotic 4R ARM and paint tested sensor, other devices are Arduino,ESP8266,and other small components, we are generally making a prototype for measuring the 5*5 length of car, the robotic arm consist of 4 Revolute joints which helps device to move on any rotation and angle with the help of revolute joints. We give the angles to the move on with the help of forward and reverse kinematics and the sensor will move according to our given position amd angle. The sensor then take the values from car surface and give us on arduino and we plot a graph using these values on MATLAB ,the graph show us about the paint thickness and paint factors.

Project Implementation MethodThe basic implementation methods are:
1)-sensor interfacing with Arduino UNO
2)-esp8266 NODEMCU interfacing with Arduino UNO
3)-Robotic Arm with Arduino UNO
4)-wifi receiving data on laptop
5)-ploting graph on MATLAB
