We are going to build an automated coordination system. This systems helps universities in program coordination. This system reduce alot of extra efforts needed for manage programs in univeristy like enrolement isuues, timely announcments, entry tests, automation of thesis or final year projects managment.

Project Implementation Method

We are using agile method in implimentation of this project. First we are working on projects requirements and design. After aprovel of requirements and design we will start development and mean while we apply feature testing and unit testing.

• Saving alot of time of coordinators.
• Coordinators focus more on automated result not on calculating results.
• Send alerts, notices to students and faculty automatically.
• Save time of making entry test and conducting entry test
• Save time of students for submit different forms related to acadmic issues.
