An IoT based hybrid (Hardware/Software) mobile application with the objective of managing the operations of a dairy farm.
There are several issues regarding manual paper work which is hard to manage and save records. There is need of a solution which will provide in terms of an Android based application and IoT based structure which will help dairy farm management to gather and record all the data without any hurdles.
The motivation behind this project is to provide such a platform to dairy farms where they can save data about dairy farming products and other stuff performed at dairy form such as keeping track of animals, automatd daily milk production calculation, record of sale & purchase, report generation, detail record of venders & sellers, tagging of an animal which make every animal unique with respect to specific assign id.

The proposed system will benefit Dairy Farm Industry in following ways:
The proposed system, when completed, will consist of two main components i.e. Hardware Module and an Android Application.
The hardware module will consist of an animal tracking system based on RFID tags. It will be used to find out the location of animals of a dairy farm based on their entry or exit from barn or shed. Each animal will have an RFID tag and their location status will be updated based on the RFID scanner placed on the gate of the barn or shed.
An ultrasonic sensor based hardware component will be developed to calculate the daily production of the milk per animal.
The Android application will help in managing all the operations of the dairy farm e.g. record keeping, livestock management based on H/W module data, expense management of the farm, livestock health monitoring etc.
