As the industries have grown, there hiring needs have rapidly grown. A great amount of time is required to short list candidates for any job. This has been a big issue for the organizations. Our system provides solution to this problem. This system allows candidates to upload their resumes in a flexible format. These resumes are then analyzed by our system, indexed and stored in a specific format. This makes our search process easy. There is an overwhelming amount of job postings and many times it is difficult to determine which jobs are the best matches to your skills and preferences. This system will allow the Job Seeker to find a job that matches his skills and preferences.  The analyzing system works on the algorithm that uses Natural Language Processing and Deep Learning which are sub domains of Artificial Intelligence. It reads the resumes and understands the natural language/format created by the candidate and transforms it into a specific format. As the number of applicants for any job vacancy soars up, it becomes an extremely tedious task for the HRs to shortlist the profiles on the basis of CVs. Moreover, the view-time of a CV in those cases is reduced to as low as 15-20 seconds. This enhances chances of rejection of a deserving candidate.

Further, from the Job Seekers' point of view, it is always beneficial to test the depth of waters before diving. Through this website, the Job Seeker will be able to judge the level of their technical proficiency as per the industry standards and brush up their skills accordingly. In this way, the project serves a two- way purpose for both the Job Seekers and the recruiters.

Project Objectives Project Implementation Method

?Step 1: Data Collection through parsing from job websites such as Indeed.com and Dataset from dataset website such as Kaggle.com

Step 2: In the Backend, PHP (MVC architecture) is used for connecting with database and Python for artificial intelligence part.

?Step 3: The CVs text are extracted from PDF through pdfminer and from Docx through antiword Library.

?Step 4: Job seeker uploaded resumes are parsed, and skills are extracted through Named Entity Recognition.

Step 5: For ranking process:

?We train model for text classification using RNN.

?We use word2vec models to turns text into vector (numerical form).

Step 6: Integrating PHP and Python.

We are giving weightage to each CV in 3 ways by matching of CV to Job Description:

?40% weightage to Experience

?40% weightage to Skill

?20% weightage to Non-Technical Skills.
