we intend to propose, develop and evaluate the image processing and segmentation tools to understand the detailed information from electron tomograms.

Collectively this work aims to help Biologists/Scientist understand their research questions related to their biological sampless. Our computer aided techniques/methods woudl assisst biologists to determine the structure of cells, organelles and macromolecules to answer their research related questions.
As this is a research based project, we aim to show present our results in the form of images, and validate them using statistical some statistical techniques. At the end we will present a script containing the whole procesude inclusding denoising, edge detection and segmentation.
