Our project is to develop  an Android/IOS and Web app for workforce management software and automating it using AI based scheduling.
Creating the documents first will help us in implementing the software
We are making this project to resolve the issues that the companies had been facing and would provide facilities to the company  , the employees and company's customers so that would help the company optimise the productivity of its employees.

Project Objectives

Our objectives are to facilitate in:
?    Get Documentation Created
?    Develop a Website Portal For the company to manage the field workers and customers.
?    Develop a ticketing system for the customers to raise an issue.
?    Implement an AI based scheduling system using knn and dbscan.
?    Develop an flutter and dart based app to be used by field workers.

Project Implementation Method

Firsly we are creating two types of things one is website portal and other is android/ios app we are creating the website portal for the company to have functionality to control the field workers and other required things like payments and customers. Also the company can chat through that for that we are using laravel and Creating android and IOS app for the customer and fieldworker to view, communicate and reach to the customer. We are using flutter as our main language to create the android and ios app as it allows to write code in one code base and deploy on cross platform.

Benefits of the Project

This project may benifit the companies having the field workers or employees to be managed.The Companies can increase their productivity by management of their employees and field workers.This app will provide an interface to the company for the time management for the employee and field workers.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

In Final Deliverable we will be providing Android and IOS app built using the flutter and the Website Portal created using the laravel framework of php.
