Project Area of Specialization Shared EconomyProject SummaryWe are designing a power theft monitoring system to decrease the amount of power theft which usually occurs in our country If power sent on line is not same as power consumed by that load over a given time considering tolerance the power theft is occurring on that line. Send the signal of power theft with its area to utility company. The function of this project is when the power is supply to current transformer read the current and transfers it to micro controller to Wi-Fi module then power is transfer towards consumer through transmission line.
Project Objectives- To reduce the power theft occurs in our country.
The function of this project is when the power is supply to current transformer read the current and transfers it to micro controller to Wi-Fi module then power is transfer towards consumer through transmission line. Now on consumer side the current transformer read the load which consumer is using and transfers it to the micro controller which transfers the details to Wi-Fi module and on the consumer side there is a Wi-Fi module which gives the reading on the system of control room. Between consumer, pmt and control room a router is set which connect all three Wi-Fi module.
