Voice Controlled Wheel Chair using Android Technology
We are using BLuetooth Module (HC-05) is CHair that will connect to Moblie Bluetooth.Now we program our Arduino MEGA 2560 and specify some words that will become Commands of Patient that he will use to drive the WHeel chair ,

- An advance version of Wheel chair which is controlled via voice .In previous version only programmer of chair (microcontroller)can operate the chair because of a specific voice is detected by the PIC micrcontroller in the chair.So this Chair is For MULtiple user.
- There are many additional features like GPS and GSM for LOcation detection and GSM for sending health parametres to caretaker.
- Also health checking parametres introduced in this chair via sensors like temperatue and heart beat.
- Obstacle detection feature also present in this chair for safety feature.In case of any barrier come in way of wheel chair the chair will stop.
- there are many different controls introduced in this chair like joystick control ,keypad control,voice control.
- In previous chairs designed for disabled person is very difficult to use like Eye-movement controll chair ,head movement control.So much stress is required to operate this chair . REstricted view sight in eyeball movement for operating the chair .
- The wheel chair is also operated via brain signal which has also very high prpbablity of error because the signal generated by the brain is of very low value of voltage thats why this is the drawback of that chair .
- This voice chair is operated through a mobile phone which is very common and easy to operate for everyone .
- COst is also reduced in this project because of we are using Arduino MEGA 2560 in this project .THe programming of arduiono is also very easy and friendly while in PIC microcontroller we used in previous version of this chair is coded with assembly language which is very difficult to learn .
