The system of converstaional software agents or chatbots is very beneficial, whenever user wants to ask queries about any platform (website, webpage, app). This system is text based as well as voice recognition. It allows users to accomplish tasks or find information they need through Natural Language. There are many people who are physically disabled and can not type, so this system helps those users too. It is accessible anytime and it can solve a problem or answer a query more quickly than a human.

Project Objectives

To make a voice-based chabot for e-commerce customers to save their time. the chatbot would answer user's query and will also help with product details.

There will be no need to add filters or search as the chatbot would do that for the user.

it will also help the physically disabled with their desired product

Project Implementation Method

The pre-processing of datasets would be done. Logical model or the design of the system would be created after that. The implementation of model will take place after which testing would be done.

No need to search or use filters. scrolling for the product will also not be needed.

Filling the ordering form by typing won't be needed.

Physcially disabled will benefit from this as it is both text and voice based.

As this system is made for the desktop, it would work on it. it will also work on applications in a mobile. A GPU and web server would be needed to make it work
