This project is built with a motive of making the study system easier and more understandable for students. The goal of this project is to upgrade the traditional way of study to a more practical and interactable way by which the students can learn and groom their expertise in a fun way. In which the student will be able to learn their desired topics in a way which will turn the boring lessons to an interesting way. Our app will allow the students to come and play the topic that they have read in their physical class without any visual representation and allowing them to play with virtual instruments and their values to get to know about the physics laws. The app has an interactive frontend view and easy to play. Then student will interact with the models and would be able to manipulate with objects to get the better knowledge.
We have used Spiral Model for our project creation because as our project is focusing on an educational game, hence daily basis research and development change may occur and in spiral model, we can loop up the development life cycle until the project ends. The best thing about the Spiral Model is that it allows to make modifications at any phase of the project without affecting the progress of any other phase. And that’s why we choose spiral model for this project is that it allows us to make as many changes as we require at any phase of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). In this project we have applied a loop of changes approximately 10 – 15 times. In model creation we made various prototypes and this process gives us a feasibility to make infinite changes throughout our game development process.
We have used 3D Max for model creation. And for the development purpose we have used Unity to build the game as it allows us to make a game which will run on all OS like (Android, IOS & Web).
This game is developed on Unity (C#) and it will be available on all platforms like (Android, IOS & Web). It will allow the user to implement the laws of physics in a real-life example which will make it easy to understand and provide a better knowledge of topics by interacting with it. This game covers some specific laws of physics such as (Law of Conservation Momentum & Law of Tension String).
User:
User will Enter the game and then he will get a list of laws to choose from, that he wants to learn. Now as he picks any of them so he will enter that law’s environment where he first sees a mini window that talks about that law and what where that law comes in use. After that user will see an instruction manual by which he will get familiar with the objects of the game. Now user will be allowed to apply changes to the game objects and observe the effects as a result as every action to an object will tell the effects in real time.
