A Universal DC inverter Compressor controller with sensors and a smart algorithm.
Nowadays new Air conditioning systems known as DC Inverter AC is replacing the old technology and to be honest DC inverter is very efficient too because of the technology that they use.
But the problem is that its motherboard that is use to control the AC is very expensive and once there is some problem in it people are forced to just replace the whole AC unit as the motherboard cost more then half the price of the AC.
So what we are making a universal motherboard for Inverter AC that can be used to control your AC and this will lessen the Electronics waste that we are creating by just throwing away electronics just because there is some fault in it.
Our objective is to stop people from throwing away their electronics just because it is faulty, even though sometimes it is just a diode or a resistor that is misbehaving.
We are making a universal motherboard to control any DC inverter AC so that people can use their AC for long and do not spend too much money on expensive OEM motherboards.
Our project will be implemented for anyone who have a faulty motherboard and most of the time it cannot be replaced because the model is 2 years old and company does not make the model anymore.
We are polluting our planet with electronics waste even though electronics is not a yes or no situation where it cannot be repaired if it stopped working so our main goal is to reduce electronics waste and use the electronics as long as possible.
Benifit of our project is first of all user will always go for a cheaper alternative and they will have a satisfaction that even if their AC stop working after 7 years of their usage they can always replace their motherboard even if their original company stopped making that particular model.
Our motherboard can be used for any model or even can be used for inverter fridge and freezers top.
Because inverter technology use something called BLDC motor we can use microcontroller to control that technology for our use and can make a perfect motherboard with smart algorithm.
We will use Atmega64 to program the algorithm
we will use IGBTs to control and power the motor.
and use temperature sensors to sense the temperature etc.
