This project is related to the real industerial fluctuation problem faced in manny industries.In pakistan high voltage AVRS are to costely and are imported,this causes in the addition of money in the form of taxes.So this project will be designed according to the requirement and will be low cast.A 15 kva buck boost transformer is designed at its low cast of about 6000 RS rather than 18000 RS.
This project will help in sensing fluctuation and controll the voltages level.
Project Objectives30 KVA 3-phase automatic voltage regulator is to be designed and implemented to meet the following objectives.
- To solve the real industrial voltage fluuctuation problem.
- To sense the voltage level and frequencies provided by Wapda.
- Comparing these voltage level to reference data through micro-controller.
- To improve the quality of electric supply as per requirement of machinery.
Implementation
The implementation of avr is done according to requirement of problem.This will hapeens in following steps.
- A buck boost transformer will be designed and interfaced with micro controller.
- A PID controller will be designed for controlling system.
- Buck boost transformer will be intrfaced with servo-motor to buck or boost the voltages.
- A voltage sensor will installed before all this system to sense voltages and frequency.
- Auto toroidal transformer with servo motor will controll the voltages level.
- Relays are used in this system.

Deliverables.
- Interface voltage sensor with micro-controller.
- As per requirement design and implementation of buck boost transformer and auto toroidal transformer will be done.

- Performance of AVR will be observed and check its response in terms of time and overshoot.
