This business plan is for a retail pharmacy. The pharmacy is going to provide two distinct product lines – pharmaceutical and retail. The organization will be designed around that model. As a small company, the organizational structure is going to be relatively flat, with a General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Head Pharmacist and Retail Manager. Duties for each are described in the document. This will be a small neighbourhood pharmacy, and as such its target market is mainly geographic. It is expected, however, that seniors will be the largest target market since they are the heaviest users of pharmaceuticals. This market will be targeted using a service-oriented strategy, which also reflects that fact that the company lacks the bargaining power of major competitors like Wal-Mart, Walgreens and CVS. The focus on service will help to justify the higher prices, and will give the pharmacy a competitive advantage in the marketplace. Project Objectives

The main objective of this project is to design web-based application which will be beneficial for the consumer to search for the medications online on the respective website, many of the salesman visit medical store to collect/deliver order, which makes customer, retailer to wait for the while because of collecting and giving order. So, in this case we will develop a system which convert the current time taking procedure into no time. It will save the effort and time taken to reach the medical store for salesman as well as for retailer, and retailer can prebook medicine for the next month stock and can edit before the next delivery day. It might be the case that, a retailer requested some medicines by the consumer might be found out of stock. Hence to avoid this disappointment, a retailer can have an alternative to look up for the medicines online from different companies. This is one the safest ways to purchase medicines and to get it delivered to your shop.

Project Implementation Method

We are using these Languages and tools to develop the project,

 JavaScript: 
This language helps to make dynamic Website. I have used JavaScript at home page for “Slideshow & Time”. 

PHP:
This language helps to develop logical function in Website. I have used PHP in different section for creating function such as “Database Connection”, “Login Validation”, “Data Insert, Update, Retrieve and Delete”. Xampp is used for the server. 

HTML:
This is markup script Language for creating web page. I have used it different section in my “Techmedicos” Such as for making “Header & Footer” in home page. Inbound and Outbound Title’s information

CSS:
Cascading Style Sheet is a Style sheet language that mostly used to design website. I have used this style sheet language in different section at my project. Such as “Admin Panel” Design, Home Page “Top Navigation Drop Down Bar” design. 

Python:
We can use the python language for sentiment analysis and for the recommendation of the travel agent.

Firebases and APIs:
We can use firebases for social logins and API’s for the navigation and map.

MySQL:
The most common use for MySQL, however, is for the purpose of a web database. It can be used to store anything from a single record of information to an entire inventory 

One is Programming Language and other is Database Language. Front End, we will use PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS & Back End, we will used MySQL Database Language in my “Book my Trip”

Benefits of the Project

The Techmedicos is built for the sake of ensuring effective and clear data saving and manipulating as well as neat work on the pharmacy medical products. This refers the web-based pharmacy application  project highly minimize time and resource by which, searching the medicine data you can get the data in quickest time. And almost their sources are wise used since most actions are done on the pharmacy system. Some of these sources minimized include paper, manpower and related things. The other thing is for storing
data in secure way.
