Project Summary

Tax One time is an application designed to change the way business inside Pakistan handle their taxes. Tax One Time will help people pay taxes on time and make sure they business and individuals are treated fairly. As taxation is a stressful matter, just to deal with this amount of stress and the user doesn’t decide to leave the procedure in middle, tax one time will have a chatbot to guide and consolidate the user.

Project Objectives

Tax One Time is a quality system which is destined to eliminate the middle man from the consultancy affair and make it semi/fully automated.
We plan to guide and educate our clients through our AI systems.

Project Implementation Method

Flutter will be used to develop the front-end of this application and firebase as database. Cloud functions will perform the server-side functionality.

Tax One Time will be launched as a android mobile application in the begining. If the application fulfills our estimated goals, then the application will be launched on platforms like App Store or native desktop applications.

Web Applications will be added to update user on their case and to see their progress but they won't be able to use advanced features i.e. Document scanning, etc.

Google playstore will be used for deploying the application.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

Final deliverable will be a mobile application with AI chat bot integrated able to answer users and guide them throughout the available services or chat with them just as a friend.

The application will have a Image processing model based on Tensorflow which will recognize cnic and extract information.

It will also include encrypted service connection between the lawyer they are working with and progress of their case.
