There are many benefits of this project. You can use it at the lowest cost. It is also very easy to operate. Energy saving inverter is installed. It will reduce your power by 5%. We have installed touch screen in it.
You can run the system and see what's going on inside the machine. Secondly, special care has been taken for human safety.
At the delivaerable time our project will run accordingly as per required in any industry. As it is a prototype and needs to be operated under expert analysis so we will alos provide a manual that can make it easier for a nontechnical member to operate as well. We have used in this project 1 programmable logical controller model fx3u-24MT mitsubishi 14 in and 10 outs.weare use 2 analog out 4 analog input.Software (GX WORKS 2) Com RS 232., 1 Human machine interface DELTA company software setup dispaly size 4.3 inch com RS 232., 2 variable frequency drive mitsubishi s100 series 0.75 kw., 2 proximity sensor OMRON pnp. 2 photo electric cell.autonic 1 24 volt dc power supply. 1 MCCB breaker 2 MCB breaker.
