Know a days we can observe different educational institutes especially in Pakistan, there is no securtiy measurement consideration SAA system deals with that problem in an effective and efficient way.Student Announcement Automation(SAA) is a desktop application. This application deals with different nature of security threats which are facced in daily life in school level. The problem are raised such threats of students like security, kidnapping as well as many other problems. The system provides an interface for the receiving persons at the time when school went off. The System provide different functionailty like voice generating mechanishm that will make an announcement against the desired student when a registred picker scan their thumb.

Project Objectives

1. It will provide an interface for the registration of receiving persons at the time when school went off.

2.  Provide Students and teachers registration.

3. Biometric students and teachers attandance system

4. Voice message for intend students.

5. Admin dashboard to visuilize the status of the SAA system.

6. Keep the record of student picking.

7. After certain minutes (i.e suppose 30) the system will generate an SMS to alerts to parents of the student no one come pick them.

8. Customize message

9. Daily or weekyl bases reports according status.

Project Implementation Method

 We use Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio tools for implementations. The programming language will be used C#. We design our system to use two tier method. In two tier architecture the DataBase resides in one machine and client in different machine they are connected to the network.  In this type of architecture a DataBase management takes control of the DataBase and provide access to clients in a network.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

The proposed system demand a particular hardware which may be costly. The SAA system can apply within a limited geographical boundry.
