THIS SYSTEM IS BASICALLY THE AUTOMATIC SORTING SYSTEM WITHOUT THE HUMAN INTERFARENCE.

THIS SYSTEM IS BASICALLY INVENTED FOR THE LUGGAGE HANDLING OF THE AIRPORTS.

IT IS APPLICABLE WHERE MULTIPLE PRODUCTS HAVING DIFFERENT DESTINATIONS.

THE DESTINATION OF THE PRODUCT OR LUGGAGE IS ENCODED ON A COMPUTERIZED BARCODE WHICH IS PATCHED ON THE LUGGAGE OF PRODUCT.

THE BARCODE REDER DECODES THE ENCODEDDESTINATION. THE SCANNING OF BARCODE IS CONTROLLED THROUGH THE ARDUINO WHICH AFTER DECODING THE DESTINATION GENERATE A SIGNAL THROUGH THE PLC AND GENERATE A SIGNAL TO THE RESPECTIVE PUSHER THROUGH THE PLC.

THE PUSHER CAN PUSH THE LUGGAGE OR PRODUCT TO THE TO THE RESPECTIVE DESTINATION THROUGH LINKED CONVEYOURS.

IT further more over promotes speed & reliability of sorting process. 

Our main objective is to make a time efficient system.

Project Implementation Method

This project can be implemented where sorting of different product or luggage is crucial,, like Airports ,, where handling the luggages is a crucial task,, this can be implemented in production industries, like Beverages industry,, automobile parts manufacturing industry,, and garments industry as well..

As an attempt to develop an automated set-up in whatever area possible which would further simplify human life and make it easier, we ended up with the very relevant area of concern - sorting. The sorting of different kinds over wide area has proven to be an important part in every sector. So as to accomplish the work of sorting, manual efforts were put in. Earlier, the manual involvement has been commonly imparted for the sorting process from small-scale industries to comparatively high-level large-scale industries.

This project will completely change the dynamics of traditional sorting systems ,, this automatic sorting system provides cost effective , time saving and reliable (errorless sorting) benefits over old sorting techniques,

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

Technically the whole system is controlled by the PLC (programming), the barcode scanner decodes the destination through aurdino controller , which generates a signal to the primary controller (PLC) then the plc actuate the appropriate pusher to move the product to the linked convyer..
