The academic attendance policy has generated a lot of questions at various quarters. In this paper, we present a system which maintains the attendance records of students adequately and automatically.
The card and the card reader communicate using their built antennae. If a card is brought within range of the card readers EMF (Electro-Magnetic Field), then the chip in the card turn on the reader registers the card as active and his attendance is marked.
Project ObjectivesThe main aim of 'Smart University Automatic Attendance with Student Card and Class Availability System' project is to record the Attendance based on Fingerprint and Student Card. In this project we are using microcontroller for attendance based on Fingerprint which is stored in Fingerprint module itself so that only authorized person will attendance to this system.
