Project Summary

People do not have the time to wait for transportation. Waiting for transportation in such heavily populated areas reduces overall productivity. People experience this difficulty in their daily lives when they are unaware of the present state of their transportation. So the proposed solution is an web-based application that will allow the user to check the current location of the bus as well as estimate how long it takes the bus to arrive at the user's current location. The system will be based on GPS, and the basic web application will interact with the updated database to provide real-time data to the user, thereby optimizing the user experience.

Project Objectives

• To give the user the exact location of the selected bus with respect to the user location.
• To give approximate distance and time of the bus from the user location using distance matrix api.
• Give a list of bus numbers for particular source and destination.

Project Implementation Method

For devleoping this system we using different tools and technologies and also algorithm for solving problems.

Front-End: HTML,CSS

Back-End:  Java-Script, React-JS

Benefits of the Project

Our Proposed project provides a lot of benefits such as: Real time location of bus , booking of ticket and scheduling  of bus. But in future we also implement Artificial Intelligence on it to find the exact value of passengers in the bus.  

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

The main technical benefits of our project is to minimize the manual workload of public transportation system with the help of user friendly environment . Secondly, our system is also applicable education sector where parents and school management get the location of conveinace.
